Optimus® is the servicer for one of the nation’s largest bank lending programs. Banks in the Optimus® Programs have financed more than one million home improvement projects.

Optimus is not a lender. They are a service provider and program administrator for federally insured, federal and state-chartered banks that provide consumer loans under the Optimus® programs. Optimus services your loan at the direction and control of your lender, so any questions you may have should be directed to Optimus.

Optimus cannot provide you with tax advice. In general, however, Optimus® Program installment loans are personal loans and are not mortgages that qualify for a tax deduction.

No. Optimus never sends emails requesting account information, customer passwords, or log in credentials. Protect your personal information and never click on unsolicited web links provided in an email or other correspondence.

Products like their Energy-Smart Loans cover everything from heating and cooling, hot water tanks, gas conversions—to windows and even renewable energy like solar.

There are many different programs available to homeowners offering both tax credits and rebates for improvements including energy efficient windows and doors, insulation, hot , and more. For detailed information visit the Energy Star website. You can also contact your local utility company or visit DSIRE which is a database of incentives by state.

PSCCU is proud to be partnering with the Washington State Department of Commerce to provide low-cost financing to homeowners throughout the State. With an Energy-Smart Loan you can make your home more energy efficient and reduce your utility bills year round. By participating in this program, you can get help with all your energy efficiency projects, with loans up to $65,000.

SCCU offers an outstanding deal on Energy-Smart Loans with terms up to 10 years and loan amounts up to $35,000 with fixed rate loans as low as 8.99% for most energy efficient and/or renewable energy projects.

Note: This is an energy efficiency loan program. The measures / equipment you are financing must meet certain energy efficiency standards.  If your project does not meet the efficiency standards of the program they may not be able to finance your project.
